Neale did a great job fitting our Nest thermostat. He came on time, fitted everything really quickly, and was really friendly. He even fixed our boiler cupboard door whilst he was here!

Sunday service
Neale came out on a Sunday to check everything for us and make sure it was safe so that we could have our heating back – very handy in November! He explained what he was doing, diagnosed the issue and made everything safe.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my boiler
Neale is an absolute life saver – quick to arrange a date, clean and fast. Sorted out my boiler’s service in no time at all. He also really saved us last year when our boiler blew in the middle of winter while we were in the minuses. The install was quick, the boiler was great quality and couldn’t have asked for a better price.

A first class job and service. We had a gas leak which needed an external re-pipe. As my wife was a week away from giving birth, being without hot water and heating was even more of a worry. Neale and the team managed to get the work done super quick and fully understood our situation.

A fair price for the work
Neale was like a God send for us today as this being a public holiday and almost all gas engineers told us that they would not come out to sort out our boiler. He is very professional, polite and courteous. Our boiler broke down and showed a fault – ignition lockout. He quickly repaired it and also serviced the boiler. He charged a fair price for the work he has done. We are very pleased with his professionalism, honesty and integrity. We highly recommend his service.
